GSLevel Configuration software

Gill Sensors & Controls is pleased to announce the release of the next generation software for liquid level configuration.

Developed to support the Gill liquid level sensor range, the software has been completely overhauled to provide a modernised, simple to use and intuitive way of customising output settings, minimum and maximum levels, alarm switch level and hysteresis conditions.

Using customer feedback and user-experience, Gill has developed the new software to streamline functionality and provide a user-friendly system, allowing users to gain quick analysis of the sensors data.

One of the main benefits of the software is the ability for users to achieve a volumetric output via the new tank profiling feature. Users can programme the software either by using the simple configuration wizard or by uploading a CSV file to profile a cross section of the data to gain a volumetric output.

Additional new features include:

Simplified graphical user interface (GUI) allows setting a secondary output. Users can set a secondary output using the open collector switch and set a hysteresis tolerance band at the desired level so that the indictor only changes when the desired level is reached.

Re-scale measurement voltage and measurement range. Users can set the measurement scale to only measure liquid to a desired point of the sensor.

Modernised GUI and user-friendly programming. Newly designed simple and modernised layout for quick and easy use. Software is downloadable from the Gill website, requires no programming and connects using RS232 serial protocols.
The configuration software is available with the entire Liquid level sensor range and is compatible with voltage and 4-20mA outputs.
