Supporting partners IMB Electric on booth B100, Trevor will be giving live demonstrations of the new Oil Debris Sensor for gearbox and transmission condition monitoring.

The Oil Debris Sensor uses inductive and capacitive technology to continuously monitor ferrous wear and failure particles, water in oil contamination and oil presence within gearboxes and transmissions. With 4 measurement options, multiple output signals and easy installation, the Oil Debris Sensor provides an early warning of mechanical failure preventing unplanned downtime and providing a low cost of ownership.

Debris build-up can be caused by a number of factors including overload, misalignment and bearing damage. The early warning indication provided by the Oil Debris Sensor will help plant and maintenance management reduce downtime and associated costs, increase reliability and optimise servicing.

Come and chat to Trevor at booth B100 in hall 4 for a full product demonstration.
