WearDetect Oil Debris Sensors provide continuous real-time ferrous wear detection to give the earliest warning of machine wear.

WearDetect Oil Debris Sensors continuously monitor wear debris in the lubricating oil of your critical assets. Providing instant data to your PLC or SCADA control systems (or simply to a local LED display, if preferred), WearDetect is an invaluable tool to predict and schedule maintenance actions, and is instrumental in avoiding costly machine breakdowns. You can relax knowing WearDetect is always on guard.

Each kit contains: 2 x WearDetect oil debris sensors, 1 x Probe installation kit (10 thread adaptors for metric, NPT*, BSP & UNF drain port types), 1 x Crows foot spanner (36mm), 1 x Precision tool kit for installation, 1 x Fine and coarse debris test strip and access to on-line training video and content.
